Payment terms:Within 60 days after the products are delivered to the buyer's warehouse. The agreement shall be as worded by PAO Chelyabinsk Metallurgical Plant.
Delivery terms:Within 30 days after signing of the specifications and the agreement. Transportation expenses shall be included in the price of the products.

Comments:
Production year: 2016. Manufacturer's or dealership certificates authorizing to sell the products is required. Certificate of conformity or product certificate shall be provided. Reconditioned equipment are not accepted. Please note that this request for proposals is not a notification on conduction of a tender (public tender) or a public offer and it is not regulated by Articles 447-449, Section 1, Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Articles 1057-1061, Section 2, Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, the procedure does not impose the corresponding volume of civil or legal responsibilities to the Organizer and reserves his right to refuse all received bids for any reason or to terminate the qualification procedure in any moment without bearing responsibility towards the Bidders
