The delivered Goods must be new, which has not been in use, in repair, including, which has not been restored, which has not been replaced, consumer properties have not been restored, without mechanical damage, free from the rights of third parties. The goods must not have defects related to the design, materials or work on their manufacture, or manifested as a result of the action or omission of the manufacturer and / or omission of the supplier, provided that the customer complies with the rules of operation of the supplied goods.The marking of components and packaging is made in accordance with GOST. It is possible to identify the Goods by marking.
The delivered Goods must be packaged and labeled in accordance with current standards.
Containers and packaging must guarantee the integrity and safety of the Goods during transportation and storage. The package should not contain openings, dents, cuts and ensure safety during transportation and storage.

Comments: 1) The offered products must be new, not used, not restored;

If the Goods or individual components are not manufactured in the Russian Federation, the Goods must undergo all customs and other procedures provided for by the current legislation of the Russian Federation before delivery.
The Customer has the right to submit claims on the quality of the received Goods to the Supplier during the entire warranty period.

• Commercial Proposal in accordance with the terms of the Requirements Specification with the signature of the Head of the Organization, the seal of the Organization.
We would like to draw your attention to the fact that this request is not a Bid Notice on holding a tender (public tender) or a public offer and is not regulated by Articles 447-449 Part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Articles 1057-1061 Part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
Thus, this procedure does not impose an appropriate amount of civil obligations on the Organizer and reserves the right to refuse all received Offers for any reason or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, without incurring any liability to the Bidders.
