Payment terms:The Buyer, unless otherwise specified in the specification, pays the cost of the delivered products within 80 (eighty) calendar days from the date of signing the consignment note or UPD by the Buyer and subject to the availability of a corresponding Supplier invoice for the cost of the delivered products, if the invoice is to be issued in accordance with clause 4.2 of the Contract.

Comments:
The request for proposals is not an auction (tender, auction) in accordance with Articles 447 – 449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation or a public tender in accordance with Articles 1057 - 1061 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, or other regulated procurement procedures (procurement methods) provided for by the legislation of the Russian Federation.
The organizer has the right to refuse to conduct a request for proposals, as well as to complete the request for proposals procedure without concluding a contract based on its results at any time, while the organizer does not reimburse the participant for the costs incurred by him in connection with the preparation and participation in the request for proposals procedure. The Organizer has the right to make changes to the Notification and Documentation, as well as to extend the deadline (date and/or time) for submitting Proposals.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
