Comments:
The following documents must be provided to the participant in this trade procedure:
1. Commercial offer on the form attached to the tender.
2. Companies that do not have experience with Rusagro have a reference list for similar projects on the form attached to the tender.
3. A package of documents according to the mandatory list attached to the tender.
4. Participation in a tender means a participant's agreement to sign the Rusagro GC model contract form without modification. The template of the model form is attached to the tender.
5. Document package according to the requirements of the Technical Task
If you do not have a complete package of documents, your application will not be considered!

When selecting a winner, the tender commission takes into account a number of the following criteria: TK compliance, delivery/fulfillment period, warranty, price, advance security, business reputation and work experience , readiness to work under a model contract.
