The Organizer has established a minimum decrement for a Bidder's changing per unit price for each item from their previously submitted proposal.

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

2. The supplier of the product must be the manufacturer, or the manufacturer's authorized dealer, or the distributor or supplier providing the authorised letter or contract Sales with the official manufacturer (the participant provides supporting documents at the same time as the application).

3. Requirements for the preparation of the technical and commercial proposal, the list of required documents from the Request for Proposal Participant (UL, SP), the signing of the Supply Agreement are specified in this Documentation - Appendix 3.
If a participant fails or improperly complies with this requirement, the Procedure Organizer reserves the right not to consider that participant's proposal.

4. Proposals with full range and quantity of products are prioritized.

5. Vendor quotation period is not less than 10 days.

6. The cost of the product must be the same for the entire delivery period (written confirmation).

7. The proposed products, including analogues, must meet the specified specifications. Preference is given to products confirmed by the VTS Intergassert Certificate of Conformity.

8s. This Request for Proposals does not constitute a notice of competition (public competition) or
public offer and is not regulated by Article 447 — 449 Part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Article 1057 — 1061 Part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus,
This procedure does not impose on the Organizer an appropriate amount of civil law
obligations and reserves the right to refuse all Offers received for any reason
or terminate the selection process at any time without any liability to Participants!
