1. «Данная процедура запроса предложений не является конкурсом, и ее проведение не регулируется статьями 447-449 части первой Гражданского кодекса Российской Федерации. Данная процедура запроса предложений также не является публичным конкурсом и не регулируется статьями 1057-1061 части второй Гражданского кодекса Российской Федерации. Таким образом, данная процедура запроса цен не накладывает на Заказчика соответствующего объема гражданско-правовых обязательств.»


2. Прошу подгрузить документы, согласно списка, обозначенного в техническом задании.

3. Заказчик имеет право провести 2 этап (переторжка) в случае получения неудовлетворительного результата на первом этапе. До переторжки будут допущены НЕ БОЛЕЕ 30% ПРЕТЕНДЕНТОВ С ЛУЧШИМИ ЦЕНАМИ ОТ ОБЩЕГО ЧИСЛА УЧАСТНИКОВ.
