Payment terms:
The payment term is the first payment day after 60 days from the invoice date. Payment days are the 4th, 14th, and 24th of each month. If the payment deadline falls on a non-working and/or public holiday, then payment is made on the next business day after it. At the same time, the period until the next payment day is not a late payment. If the invoice date is earlier than the end date of delivery and acceptance of the Goods, the Buyer has the right to increase the payment period by the number of days between these dates

The accuracy of delivery to the Buyer's warehouse is determined according to the schedule in the Specification Order.
The supplier undertakes to maintain the insurance stock in its own warehouse in the Russian Federation in the amount of >300% of the average monthly delivery.
The content of consignment stock in barrels in the Buyer's warehouse. The goods are transferred to the buyer on the basis of the act of transfer for safekeeping - 100% of the agreed volume of the average monthly delivery.
The penalty for late delivery is 2% of the value of the goods not delivered on time for every day of delay starting from 6 days.
The penalty for early delivery is 0.5% of the value of the goods delivered earlier than the due date for every day of early delivery for more than 5 days.
