Payment terms:Payment for the Goods is made on the basis of original invoices and invoices issued in accordance with the procedure established by the legislation of the Russian Federation (COMPETITIVE BIDDING PROCESS-12) or a universal transfer document (UPD) by transferring funds to the Supplier's current account on the first payment day within 60 days from the date of delivery and after receipt of properly executed documents and invoices. Payment days are the 4th, 14th, and 24th of each month. If the payment deadline falls on a non-working and/or public holiday, then payment is made on the next business day after it. At the same time, the period until the next payment day is not a late payment.

Bidders must attach all documents to the comment proposal: safety data sheet, quality data sheet, certificate of conformity, etc. documents on the basis of which our company will be able to draw a conclusion about the quality characteristics of your product.
The Supplier undertakes to supply the following equipment with technical and technological support to the Buyer along with the Goods:
- three containers for storing Goods of 10 m3 each;
- dosing station;
- mobile dosing station;
- dosing pumps;
- flow meters;
- hoses.
JSC SLPK reserves the right to make a decision on the contract after the OPV (wholesale and industrial production) / product qualification.
Your response to this request for proposals indicates your understanding that this is neither a contract nor a commercial offer from SLPC JSC. As a result of your participation in the process of requesting proposals, no commercial relationship arises.
