A commercial proposal (hereinafter - KP) must be drawn up on an official form with the seal and signature of the head and attached to the loading documentation.
Commercial proposal shall specify:

2) The products must be new, not used, not restored, not be an exhibition model, free from the rights of third parties.
3) validity period of the commercial proposal.
