Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

Rusagro Group seeks suppliers to implement long-term consolidated demand contracts for selected TMC categories.

A key objective of the current request for proposals is to identify partners who can provide exceptional terms in price and quality of supply to a broad list of businesses that are part of Rusagro group all over Russia.

Categories Lighting Engineering, Transducers, Electrics, Cable & Wires, Building Materials, Hardware, Tools, Pipes&# 187; and Plumbing - selected as priorities for long-term agreements for consolidated requirements.

In the appendix to this procedure you will find Request for Proposals (RFP). You must complete an excel request and attach this file to the procedure. This procedure will be decided on the basis of completed excel files.
Based on our review of the proposals, we plan to enter into annual volume agreements with a limited list of the most competitive partners.

We expect you to answer all questions in this Enquiry as fully as possible.
