Comments:
1) The products must be new, not used.
2) The price includes delivery to the Buyer's warehouse

4) The cargo must meet the requirements of GOST 15846-2002 " Products sent to the regions of the far north and areas equated to them. Packaging. marking, transportation and storage" and GOST 14192-96 "Marking of goods").
5) Criteria for choosing the best offer: quality, delivery time, cost, payment terms, work experience;
6) This request for proposal procedure is not a tender and its conduct is not regulated by Articles 447-449 Part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation;
7) This procedure is also not a public competition and is not regulated by Articles 1057-1061 Part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation;
Thus, this procedure for requesting an offer does not impose an appropriate amount of civil obligations on the Customer.
8) A packing list must be enclosed/attached to each cargo space with Goods, as well as to each cargo space.
9) It is necessary to load the TCH certified by the signature of the head and the seal indicating all the requested delivery conditions.
