Payment terms:
Payment shall be made within 45 calendar days after the end of the month in which the delivery was made.
Delivery terms:
Supply of products shall be by rail to Station. Kogalym or motor transport to the warehouse of the Buyer (BPO LLC "LUKOIL-AIK" 174 km of the route Surgut-Novy Urengoy).
Delivery is carried out in separate batches during 2019 according to applications of the Company's divisions. Each batch is accompanied by all the necessary documents, according to the list specified in the supply agreement.
Mandatory downloadable electronic documents:
1. Scanned copy of the quotation with prices, terms and conditions of delivery;
2. The list of constituent documents (the list is attached in the attached file);
3. Supporting documentation: certificate of conformity, quality certificate.
All documentation must be certified by an authorized representative and sealed by the company.
Submission of a proposal from a participant means compliance with all product and documentation requirements specified in the request, as well as unconditional acceptance of the terms of the contract and specification.

The winner of the tender procedure is determined, subject to agreement of signing a model contract without a protocol of disagreement, according to the following criteria:

3. Compliance with the requested requirements.

This RFP procedure is not a tender, and its implementation is not subject to Articles 447-449, Part 1, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. This bidding procedure is also not a public auction and is not subject to Articles 1057-1061, Part II, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this RFP procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Organizer.
