To participate in the purchase, you must:
Submit a Standard Commercial Offer (TP) and a participant questionnaire via the trading platform interface or send it to the MODIS Non-commercial Procurement Department (see attachments). The documents (filled out by the TAP and the Questionnaire) must be submitted in the original editable format, as well as in a non–editable format - scanned copies in pdf signed with the seal of the organization. It is not allowed to make changes to the conditions of the TAP, delete rows, change the structure of tables.
Based on the results of the review of the submitted documents, samples and certificates for products, copies of constituent documents, the balance sheet of the company, an electronic extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, documents on good faith may be additionally requested.
According to the results of the first stage, a rebidding will be held among a limited closed number of participants.
