Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:payment of goods is made by the buyer within 45 calendar days after the end of the reporting period (month) in which the delivery was effected.
Delivery terms:prices are not inclusive of VAT.

Transportation costs are included in the cost of production on the basis of the delivery DDP-G. Kokalym (transportation costs are not reimbursed).
The products are delivered with the corresponding accounting documents in the terms established by the legislation.

Mandatory downloadable electronic Documents:
1. Scanned copy of the commercial offer with indication of prices, terms and conditions of delivery;
2. List of constituent documents (the list is enclosed in the enclosed file);
3. Permitting documentation (Certificate of Conformity, permission to use, if the products are subject to mandatory certification).
All documentation must be certified by the authorized representative and sealed by the company.
The request for prices is made for the annual requirement of the 2019 year. The price must be fixed for the whole year and the same for each vehicle. Delivery is carried out in quantity and time specified on procedure.
Submission of a proposal from a participant means compliance with all the requirements specified in the request for the assortment of goods, as well as unconditional agreement with the terms of the contract and specification.
Georeferencing:Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug - Yugra, Surgut district
Comments:
the winner of the tender procedure shall be determined, subject to agreement to sign the model agreement without disagreement, according to the following criteria:
1. Minimum price;
2. Optimal delivery time of products;
3. product quality;
4. Supplier reliability;

1. The organizer's attention will be given to the suppliers with experience in supplying this product.
2. Submission of a proposal from a participant means compliance with all the requirements specified in the request for the assortment of goods, as well as unconditional agreement with the terms of the contract and specification.
3. The supplied products shall be new.
4. The cost of production should be unchanged for the whole period of delivery.
5. At the same time the product delivery is provided with quality certificate (conformity).



This RFP procedure is not a tender, and its implementation is not subject to Articles 447-449, Part 1, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. This bidding procedure is also not a public auction and is not subject to Articles 1057-1061, Part II, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this RFP procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Organizer.

This price request is not an offer (public offer) of the organizer. The organizer has the right to refuse to carry out the purchase at any time from the date of its announcement, including after the deadline for accepting applications.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
