Auto-extension

To conclude an agreement, you will need to provide the following documents:
1. Charter and Memorandum of Understanding Copy
2. Certificate of state registration Copy
3. Certificate of entry in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities issued by the Tax Inspectorate (TIN and OGRN) Copy
4. Extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities issued by the tax authority no earlier than 30 calendar days prior to the date of issue of the extract; Copy
5. Minutes of the general meeting of participants (shareholders) of the counterparty or the decision of the sole participant (shareholder) of the counterparty to appoint a director of the counterparty (with a signature sample.) Copy
6. Accounting statements form 1 and 2 for the last closed year Copy
7. The current lease contract for the office premises (with payment orders first and last under this agreement) Scan.

These trades are the internal procedure for selecting a contractor, supplier, performer and should not be considered as bidding in the sense of the requirements of Articles 447-449, 1057-1061 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation and the Federal Law "On Protection of Competition". Thus, this bidding procedure does not impose on the bidding organizer, the customer the corresponding volume of civil obligations, including the mandatory conclusion of an agreement with the winner of the auction or another participant.
By submitting documents and information to the bidding organizer, the applicant confirms its compliance with the qualification requirements established for the relevant tenders, expresses its intention to participate in the bidding, agrees with the rules and terms of bidding.
