Comments: The OZON company conducts a procurement procedure in order to find a contractor for the supply of equipment, construction, installation and commissioning works for the following types:
1. Construction and installation works, including finishing and plumbing works (CMP);
2. Power supply systems (EOM);
3. Heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems (HVAC);
4. Water supply and sewerage (VK).
As part of the procedure, it is planned to conclude long-term contracts with fixing unit prices for work and materials. The prices for the work are a firm price for the year. Prices for materials - adjustment is possible depending on the market situation during the implementation process. Submission for certain types of work is possible, but priority is given to complex contractors.

В случае принятия Организатором решения о признании Участника победителем запроса и заключении с ним договора, Участник обязан заключить договор по форме, прилагаемой к заявке на участие в запросе. В случае отказа от заключения договора по прилагаемой форме, Организатор вправе отказать Участнику в заключении договора без применения к Организатору каких-либо санкций.
