Comments:
1. Provision of freight forwarding services for the rail delivery of containers (cargo) from Qingdao (China) to Naberezhnye Chelny and Ufa (Russia);

2. Licensed suppliers are considered who have the necessary and sufficient amount of material and technical resources in strict accordance with the terms of reference;

3. All missing documents and any questions that arise, please ask through the Requests for Clarification tab;

4. In case of providing false information, a potential service provider may be suspended from participation in the Call for Bidding, and if the unreliability of the information provided is revealed after the conclusion of the Contract, such an agreement may be terminated and the supplier blacklisted with the prevention of such competitive bidding processes.;

5. As a result of this procedure, we expect to receive working tariffs relevant for October-November 2023 (with the signing of the relevant agreement).

6. This request for proposals is not a competitive bidding process or a public tender within the meaning of Articles 447-449, 1057-1061 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. All actions prior to the signing of the contract with the winner of the competition are considered pre-contractual work and do not impose obligations on the organizer exceeding those listed in the terms of the competition.
