Payment terms:Payment for the delivered Goods is carried out no earlier than 60 days from the date of delivery to the Buyer's warehouse (specify other conditions and additional ones in the KP, delay is considered as an advantage). The prices must be indicated taking into account the main payment terms of the Bidder, stated in the KP. The tender organizer calculates the economic efficiency for different payment terms and selects the optimal one.

1. Provision of commercial offers – until 18.07.2022 (inclusive). Please note that the commercial offer provided by you will be final for making a decision on the selection of participants in the 2nd stage of the tender, the decision on its conduct is left to the discretion of the initiator.

1. Commercial offer
2. Completed Appendix No. 1 in Excel format
3. A copy of the certificate of state registration
4. A copy of the tax registration certificate
5. Accounting statements for 2021 (Balance sheet and Financial Results report)
6. Copies of reviews and recommendations from other clients (if available).
