Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.
Assignment of the 1st rank (position) to a bid does not imply the bidder's winning, but enhances the bid's preferability for the Buyer when selecting the winner, all other factors being equal.

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.

Payment terms:Payment for the delivered Goods is carried out no earlier than 60-70 days from the date of delivery to the Buyer's warehouse (specify other conditions and additional ones in the KP, delay is considered as an advantage). The prices must be indicated taking into account the main payment terms of the Bidder, stated in the KP. The tender organizer calculates the economic efficiency for different payment terms and selects the optimal one.
