Payment terms:the customer pays 100% of the total cost of equipment supplied to the nearest payment date after the expiration of 30 calendar days from the date of signing by the parties of the original Act of acceptance-transfer equipment, subject to the timely availability of the parties of the original documents. In case of not providing the original documents, the payment is transferred to the payment date following the date of the actual delivery of these documents, but not before the due date under the Treaty. If original documents are represented in less than 5 working days before the payment date, payment will be carried over to the next payment date. Specified in this paragraph are not accrued period legitimate interest under art. 317.1 CCRF. Payment days are number 15 and the penultimate business day of each calendar month. Payment is made at the exchange rate specified by Central Bank of Russian Federation on the date of signing of the order.
