Delivery terms:
The costs of products transportation to the Сonsignee's warehouse shall be paid by the Supplier.
Comments: 1. The participant must be a user registered in B2B-Cordiant Trade and Procurement system at http://www.b2b-cordiant.ru in accordance with the established procedure, and have the rights of the Participant of the System. 2. All the prices in the proposal must include all taxes and other mandatory payments, the cost of all associated services, as well as any discounts offered by the supplier. 3. This procedure is not a tender or a public offer and is not subject to Articles 447-449 and 1057-1061 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. The buyer may cancel the purchase at any time from the date of its announcement, including after the deadline for bids receipt, incurring no liability. 4. By participating in the bidding Supplier agrees, if awarded the contract, to conclude a standard supply agreement of AO Cordiant without a protocol of disagreements and carry out the delivery subject to the conditions specified in purchase announcement. 5. Delivery by the Supplier's vehicle to the Consignee's warehouse. 6. Commercial proposal in PDF format is to be attached. 7. Commercial proposal shall specify products packaging type and prices in rubles.
