Auto-extension

Comments:
1. The participant must be a user registered in B2B-Cordiant Trade and Procurement system at http://www.b2b-cordiant.ru in accordance with the established procedure, and have the rights of the Participant of the System. 2. All the prices in the commercial proposal shall include all taxes and other mandatory payments, the cost of all associated services, as well as any discounts offered by the supplier. 3. This procedure is not a tender or a public offer and is not subject to Articles 447-449 and 1057-1061 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. The buyer may cancel the procurement procedure at any time from the date of its announcement, including after the deadline for bids receipt, incurring no liability. 4. By participating in the bidding Supplier agrees, if awarded the contract, to conclude a standard supply agreement of AO Cordiant without a protocol of disagreements and carry out the delivery subject to the conditions specified in purchase announcement. 5. Road delivery to the Consignee's warehouse. 6. Be sure to attach a commercial proposal in PDF7 format. Commercial proposal shall specify the packaging of the product to be supplied, prices shall be stated in rubles
