Payment terms:
Recommended payment terms: the buyer pays by transferring funds to the Supplier’s bank account in the following order: 100% payment within 60 calendar days from the receipt of the goods at the Buyer's warehouse. Transportation costs shall be included into the products cost.
Delivery terms:
Within 60 calendar days from the date of signing the contract and specification. The Supplier delivers the goods at his own expense and on his own to the Buyer's warehouse. Quality certificate or another document certifying the quality of the products shall be produced when the supplied item becomes available. The supplied item shall be new and not restored. When the goods are being shipped, the Buyer needs to be notified and provided with the copies of the following documents: invoices, TORG-12 and documents confirming the shipment of goods through the Carrier.

Contestants must provide: commercial proposal; certificate of the manufacturer or dealer; certificate of conformity for these products, a list of constituent documents. Applications for suppliers with the entire range of lots are available for consideration. The validity period of the offer must be at least 3 months. Participation of the supplier in the tender means acceptance of the terms of delivery, the standard contract form and specification. Sending through transport companies (possibly through Energy, Azimuth, Stayl) to st. Tynda. Please note that this request is not a notice of tender (public tender) or public offer and is not regulated by Art. 447 - 449 of Part 1 of the Civil Code, Art. 1057 - 1061 of Part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil obligations on the Customer, and the Customer reserves the right to refuse all the received proposals for any reason, or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, without incurring any liability towards the participants.
