The Organizer has established a minimum decrement for a Bidder's changing per unit price for each item from their previously submitted proposal.

Comments:
1. Participant must be a user registered at B2B-Cordiant Trade and Procurement system at http://www.b2b-cordiant.ru in accordance with the established procedure, and have the rights of the Participant of the System.
2. All the prices in the proposal must include all taxes and other mandatory payments, the cost of all associated services, as well as any discounts offered by the supplier.
3. This procedure is not a tender or a public offer and is not subject to Articles 447-449 and 1057-1061 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. The buyer may cancel the purchase at any time from the date of its announcement, including after the deadline for bids receipt, incurring no liability.
4. If the supplier participates in the auction, then he agrees, if declared the winner, to conclude a supply agreement according to the standard form of JSC "Cordiant" without a protocol of disagreements and to carry out the delivery on the terms specified in the purchase announcement.
5. Delivery by road transport of the supplier to the consignee's warehouse

7. Commercial proposal shall specify the packaging of the product to be supplied, prices shall be stated in rubles
8. Attach to this procedure a certificate of conformity, a certificate of product analysis, a declaration of conformity, a safety bill, a safety data sheet and a quality data sheet.
9. Upon delivery, in the primary documentation, it is imperative to display the product in the units in which it was contracted at the B2B site!
