Comments:
1. The participant must be a user registered in the B2B-Cordiant Trading and Procurement System on the website http://www.b2b-cordiant.ru in the prescribed manner and having the rights of the System Participant.
2. All prices in the offer should include all taxes and other obligatory payments, the cost of all related services, as well as all discounts offered by the supplier.
3. This procedure is not a tender or a public offer and is not regulated by Art. 447-449 and 1057-1061 of the Civil Code. The buyer may cancel the purchase at any time from the date of its announcement, including after the deadline for bids receipt, incurring no liability.
4.If the supplier takes part in the auction, then he agrees in case of declaring him the winner to conclude a supply contract in the standard form of OJSC Cordiant without a protocol of disagreements and deliver on the conditions specified in the announcement of the purchase.
