Payment terms:
100% deferred payment within 60 (sixty) days from the date of delivery of the Products. The cost of goods includes the cost of delivery, packaging and transportation. The amount shall be apportioned for all positions. Payment for the products is carried out in a cashless form by transferring money to the settlement account of the Supplier. Payment currency - Russian ruble.
Delivery terms:
Basis of delivery - DDP consignee's warehouse (Incoterms 2010) in Zheleznogorsk-Ilimsky. Destination station when delivering by rail: St. Korshunikha-Angarskaya of East Siberian Railway, station code: 925701. In case of road delivery Zheleznogorsk-Ilimsky, Irkutsk Region, Ivashchenko Str. 9 Litt. A/1. Delivery time is 30 days from the date of signing the specification by the parties
Comments: Simultaneously with placing a quotation the participant shall attach copies of statutory documents (see the list in the procurement documentation), when submitting proposals. It is required to attach commercial proposal specifying the manufacturer. One of the important criteria for evaluation of the proposal is delay of payment. Preferred credit period - 60 days or more from date of shipment. Mandatory requirement - new spare parts, availability of certificates confirming the quality and origin of the goods. The company, pronounced the winner of the procedure, shall conclude a supply contract within 5 days in the wording of OAO "Korshunovsky Mining Plant" (see the attached file). Please note that this request is not a notice of tender or public offer and is not subject to the Articles 447-449 of Part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Articles 1057-1061 of Part 2. Thus, this procedure does not impose on the Organizer the corresponding volume of civil liabilities, and reserves the right to refuse from the received proposals for any reason, or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, without thereby incurring any liability to participants.
