Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

Two-stage purchase procedure
The procedure is held in two stages. At Stage 1 the bidders need to upload the file with the proposal based on requirements specified in the documentation for prequalification of bidders. On the basis of received proposals the organizer makes decision on allowing to the bidders access to the next stage (Stage 2).

The price at the main stage of the tender for the B2B-Center (in the competitive bidding process) should be indicated for the material + planting RUB. including VAT and including delivery for 1 pc.

We would like to draw your attention to the fact that the procedures conducted by the Call for Bidding Department of FGC Group LLC on the B2B platform are carried out on the basis of a request for proposals: according to the system regulations, the Bidder who meets the requirements of the request for proposals and offers the best conditions for the execution of the contract according to the set of criteria established by the documentation of this request for proposals becomes the winner of the request for proposals. (Regulations of the B2B-Center Platform System, Chapter 8, clause 8.10.1).
BE SURE TO FAMILIARIZE YOURSELF with the Requirements Specification file.
To participate in the tender, you must fill out the file "Technical and Commercial Proposal Form" and upload it to the B2B-Center.
