Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

Two-stage purchase procedure
The procedure is held in two stages. At Stage 1 the bidders need to upload the file with the proposal based on requirements specified in the documentation for prequalification of bidders. On the basis of received proposals the organizer makes decision on allowing to the bidders access to the next stage (Stage 2).

The Organizer has established a minimum decrement for a Bidder's changing per unit price for each item from their previously submitted proposal.

The tender procedure is carried out in 2 stages.
Stage 1: it is necessary to fill out the TAP form (attached to the tender documentation) and upload it via the B2B-Center excel and scan formats (certified by the signature of the General Director and the seal of the organization).

Companies that have submitted KP, meet the requirements of the Terms of Reference and have been accredited by the FGC Group of Companies will be admitted to the 2nd stage. (https://fsk.ru/about/tenders). It is necessary to fill in the prices for the B2B-Center ETP and DOWNLOAD the updated TAP form (attached to the tender documentation) in excel and scan formats (certified by the signature of the General Director and the seal of the organization). Offers without uploaded TKP files will NOT be considered.

1. A mandatory condition of the tender is price fixing.
2. A mandatory condition of the tender is the availability of valid accreditation of the FGC Group of Companies.
For accreditation, you need to upload documents on the website https://fsk.ru/about/tenders and notify in the body of the email about the fact of uploading documents to the email: BachurskayaLK@fsk.ru indicating the TIN of the company.
3. The cost should be indicated in the offer, including all necessary costs for performing a full range of works, including VAT and delivery to the facility.
4. In the absence of a contract and consent to sign the attached form of the FGC contract, it is necessary to enclose your Protocol of disagreements when submitting a commercial offer.
5. Please note that the procedures carried out by the Procurement Department of FGC GC LLC on the B2B site are carried out on the basis of a request for proposals: according to the rules of the system, the winner of the request for proposals becomes the participant who meets the requirements of the request for proposals and offers the best conditions for the execution of the contract according to the set of criteria established by the documentation of this request for proposals. (Regulations of the B2B-Center System, Chapter 8, clause 8.10.1)
