Comments:
1. Prices are provided excluding VAT, transport costs are included in the value of goods, not allocated. Please take into account transportation costs to all addresses of the place of delivery of goods.
The criteria for evaluating proposals will be:
- Full compliance with the offer of the participant to the requirements of the customer (any changes must be coordinated with the organizer, before the end of the procedure);
- Compliance with the terms of the offer request;
- Offer price;
- Delivery of products in the specified time (if there is);
- The participant's agreement with the editorship of the organizer's contract (in the documents in the attachment), the signing of the contract without the protocol of disagreement (official confirmation must be loaded on eTP);
- Fixing the price for the entire delivery period from the moment of participation in the procedure to the moment of delivery of the goods in the customer's warehouse (official confirmation must be loaded on ETP);
3. Products must be new (official confirmation must be loaded on eTP).
4. Submitting an offer from a participant means that all of the requirements for the product range specified in the request are in compliance, as well as unconditional consent to all the terms of the contract and specifications. This RFP procedure is not a tender, and its implementation is not subject to Articles 447-449, Part 1, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. This bidding procedure is also not a public auction and is not subject to Articles 1057-1061, Part II, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this RFP procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Organizer.
This price request is not an offer (public offer) of the organizer. The organizer has the right to refuse to make a purchase at any time from the date of its announcement, including after the deadline for receiving applications.
