1.8.1-Decision (Protocol) of the authorized body of the legal entity on the formation of the sole Executive body or (in the case of signing the contract by another representative of the Buyer)
1.8.2-Power of Attorney for the representative of the Buyer, confirming the authority to sign the relevant documents, as well as the Decision (Protocol) of the authorized body of the legal entity on the formation of a sole executive Body Of the legal entity that signed the power of attorney.
