Party participating in the procedure (who offer) before the expiry of the deadline, is required to download the following documents (System data loading documents is optional in case they are a participant in the personal account, while The participant must indicate this in its proposal):
1.1. Quote in pdf format with a seal and Director's signature company.
1.2. Charter and/or memorandum of Association (with all the additions and changes, if they were).
1.3. Certificate of registration in the unified State Register of legal entities on legal entity registered before 01.07.2002 g.
1.4. Certificate of State registration of a legal entity (if a legal entity is registered after July 1, 2002).
1.5. Extract from the unified State Register of legal persons, as a rule, issued not earlier than 1 month before the date of the conclusion of the contract.
1.6. Certificate of tax registration.
1.7. Balance sheet as of the last reporting date with tax authority stamp of acceptance.
1.8. Documents confirming powers of sole executive body or a representative of the buyer to sign the documents, namely:
1.8.1. — a decision (Protocol) of the authorized body of a legal person on education management of the sole executive body or (in the case of the signing of the Treaty by other representatives of the buyer)
1.8.2. is power of Attorney for the representative Buyer, confirming the authority to sign the relevant documents, as well as the decision (Protocol) of the authorized body of a legal person on education management of the sole executive body a legal person, the signatory power of attorney.
