Comments:
We draw your attention to the fact that this request is not a notice on the holding of a contest (public competition) or a public offer and is not regulated by Art. 447 — 449 h. 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Art. 1057 — 1061 h. 2 GK RF. Thus, the specified procedure does not impose on the Organizer an appropriate amount of civil obligations and reserves the right to refuse all received Proposals for any cause or terminate the selection procedure at any time without incurring any responsibility to the Participants.

The participant who participated in the procedure (who made the proposal) must upload the following documents to the system before the expiration of the application deadline (the download of these documents is not necessary in case they are available to the Participant in the Personal Account, while the Participant must indicate this in his offer):
1.1. Commercial offer in pdf format with the seal and signature of the head of the company.
1.2. Charter and/or constituent agreement (with all additions and modifications, if any).
1.3. Certificate of entry into the Unified State Register of Legal Entities about a legal entity registered before 01 07.2002
1.4. Certificate of state registration of a legal entity (if a legal entity is registered after 01 July 2002).
1.5. An extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, as a rule, issued no earlier than 1 month before the date of conclusion of the Agreement.
1.6. Certificate of registration for tax registration.
1.7. Balance sheet as of the last reporting date with the tax authority's acceptance mark.
1.8. Documents confirming the authority of the sole executive body or other representative of the Buyer to sign documents, namely:
1.8.1. — Decision (Protocol) of the authorized management body of a legal entity on the formation of a sole executive body or (in case of signing the contract by another representative of the Buyer)
1.8.2. — Power of attorney to the Buyer representative confirming the authority to sign the relevant documents, as well as the Decision (Protocol) of the authorized management body of a legal entity on formation of the sole executive body of the legal entity that signed the power of attorney.
