1.8. Documents confirming the powers of the sole executive body or another representative of the Buyer to sign documents, namely:
1.8.1. - Decision (Protocol) of the authorized governing body of the legal entity on the formation of the sole executive body or (if the contract is signed by another representative of the Buyer)
1.8.2. - Power of attorney for the representative of the Buyer, confirming the authority to sign the relevant documents, as well as the Decision (Protocol) of the authorized management body of the legal entity on the formation of the sole executive body of the legal entity that signed the power of attorney.
