А теперь к вопросам по каждому варианту отдельно.
Вариант 1:
1. Обсадная труба диаметром 630 мм - это давальческий материал;
2. Подъездные пути будут выполнены заказчиком;
3. Расстояние от г. Магадан до посёлка имени Гастелло, Тенькинский городской округ – 370 км;
4. Общее бурение – 6 метров х 2 000 метров = 12 000 метров;
5. В КП потенциальными исполнителями д.б. вписаны реальные, обоснованные сроки выполнения работ, подтвержденные расчетами.
Вариант 2:
1. Обсадная труба диаметром 530 мм - это давальческий материал;
2. Подъездные пути будут выполнены заказчиком;
3. Расстояние от г. Магадан до посёлка имени Гастелло, Тенькинский городской округ – 370 км;
4. Общее бурение – 6 метров х 2 000 метров = 12 000 метров;
5. В КП потенциальными исполнителями д.б. вписаны реальные, обоснованные сроки выполнения работ, подтвержденные расчетами.
Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Comments:
A legal entity (applicant) is allowed to participate in the tender, after submitting the documents:

1. Technical and commercial proposal completed on the official letterhead of the company with the seal and signature of the authorized person.
2. Detailed technical description of the proposed work.
3. Estimated cost in editable format.
4. Reference-list.
5. When considering and evaluating technical and commercial proposals, preference will be given to applicants who will offer the best payment conditions, the standard payment condition for the company is subsequent payment with a delay of 60 days.
6. For Pavlik JSC, an important assessment criterion, among other things, is the applicant’s consent to the terms of the parties ’liability in the format set out in paragraphs a) and b) below, which will be included in the contract:
a. In case of violation by the Contractor of the start and / or end of the work, in accordance with the terms of this Agreement, the Contractor shall pay a penalty in the form of a penalty in the amount of 0.1% of the cost of the work under the contract for each day of delay.
b. In case of violation of the terms of payment for the work performed, the Customer undertakes to pay a penalty in the amount of 0.01% of the debt for each day of delay, but not more than 3% of the debt.

The total cost of work includes the cost of living and meals, fuel and lubricants, the cost of mobilization and demobilization, machinery and equipment.
