Dear colleagues,
PAVLIK JSC announces a tender for well drilling under the foundations of the main building of PAVLIK-2 ZIF in accordance with the statement of work
in April 2020 in the territory of the Tenkinsky district, Magadan region.

A legal entity (applicant) is allowed to participate in the tender, after submitting the documents:

1. Technical and commercial proposal completed on the official letterhead of the company with the seal and signature of the authorized person.
2. Detailed technical description of the proposed work.
3. Estimated cost in editable format.
4. Reference-list.
5. When considering and evaluating technical and commercial proposals, preference will be given to applicants who will offer the best payment conditions, the standard payment condition for the company is subsequent payment with a delay of 60 days.
6. For Pavlik JSC, an important assessment criterion, among other things, is the applicant’s consent to the terms of the parties ’liability in the format set out in paragraphs a) and b) below, which will be included in the contract:
a. In case of violation by the Contractor of the start and / or end of the work, in accordance with the terms of this Agreement, the Contractor shall pay a penalty in the form of a penalty in the amount of 0.1% of the cost of the work under the contract for each day of delay.
b. In case of violation of the terms of payment for the work performed, the Customer undertakes to pay a penalty in the amount of 0.01% of the debt for each day of delay, but not more than 3% of the debt.
In the total amount of TCH, it is necessary to take into account the cost of accommodation and food, fuel and lubricants, reflect the cost of mobilization and demobilization of machinery and equipment.
