Minimum bid increment/decrement
The Organizer has established a minimum decrement for a Bidder's changing per unit price for each item from their previously submitted proposal.

If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Comments:
BE SURE to upload a scanned copy of Technical and Commercial Proposal on the company's letterhead paper, specifying:

1. manufacturer and the country of origin,
2. manufacturer's batch number,
3. payment terms,
4. delivery time,
5. warranty period for the supplied products,
6. other material terms and characteristics.

According to the KTP, for the objective consideration of competitive applications, attach:
Completed questionnaires and a single-line diagram indicating the types of equipment installed.
Schemes of own needs: Outlet network, heating, ventilation, lighting, fire and security alarm (indicating the types of equipment installed).
Technical parameters for power transformers indicating the manufacturer.
Equipment location plans, description and general drawings of the BKTP construct.
Statement of equipment supplied as part of KTP and statement of spare parts.
Foundation installation requirements.
Certificates, declarations of conformity.
Documentation transmitted upon delivery of equipment:
Technical (design) documentation developed by the Supplier under the Contract includes:
- Operation manual for equipment and products;
- Passports for equipment and products;
- Statement of spare parts for the rune;
- Electrical schematic diagrams;
- Wiring diagrams;
- Schemes of secondary connections;
- Wiring diagrams;
- Cable magazine showing all inter-cabinet and inter-unit connections;
- Pick list;
- Statement of operational documents;
- A set of passports and operating instructions for the main component equipment built into the KTP, according to the statement of operational documents;
- Certificates of conformity GOST, SNiP, SanPiN, TU for the products offered and for the materials used.
- Factory test reports
- Construction drawings;
- Drawings of foundations (pile field);
- Drawings of engineering systems;
- architectural and construction solutions
- technical solutions for RU-6kV;
- technical solutions for RU-0.4kV;
- set of concepts
- solutions for engineering systems 2KTP
Technical (design) documentation is transmitted in 3 (three) copies on paper and in 1 (one) copy on electronic media.
The cost of developing and transmitting technical (design) documentation is included in the total cost.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
