The Organizer has established a minimum decrement for a Bidder's changing per unit price for each item from their previously submitted proposal.

6. Other material conditions and characteristics (certificate scans, etc., if necessary);
7. In case you offer a COUNTERPART, it is necessary in the b2b bid submission form not only to specify what the COUNTERPART is being offered, BUT ALSO ITS NAME (manufacturer, model/mark/partner)!!!

IMPORTANT!!! — When filling a KP on the ETP, you don't need to write the phrases "Indicated in KP", "According to KP", etc. This information is pulled up in 1C.
