Обоснование: Постоянно действующая Конкурсная комиссия на своем заседании, проходившем 27.02.2012 г., рассмотрела материалы предложений и приняла решение: «В соответствии с п. 10.1.10.3 Единого Регламента B2B-Системы «О порядке проведения и участия в процедурах закупок продукции на Торговой площадке Системы» признать процедуру открытого запроса предложений «ГСМ (бензин дизтопливо) для ДГУ, снегоходов, бензоинструмента» несостоявшейся» и одобрить решение о заключении договора с единственным участником - ЗАО «Газпромнефть-Кузбасс» на сумму 542 035,00 руб. с НДС.
