Payment terms:
Payment after the fact. The price of the goods is charged per unit, taking into account delivery, including VAT. The Buyer shall pay for the goods within 60 (sixty) calendar days from the date of delivery of the goods. Requirements for the submission of documents for the trading procedure:
When submitting an offer to the trading procedure, the bidder submits and attaches the following package of documents:
1) commercial offer;
2) a package of documents for the company to participate in the trading procedure;
3) quality documents (distribution letters, certificates of conformity, declarations of conformity, quality passports, etc.).
Document requirements:
1. The commercial offer to the trading procedure is submitted according to the standard form attached to this trading procedure. The commercial offer must be properly executed and supported by:
- is presented on the company letterhead;
- the table and text parts must be completely filled out;
- is provided with the signature of the authorized representative and the company and stamped;
- the offer must be valid for at least 3 months;
- the scanned copy must be provided in*.pdf format, the information in the file must be readable.
In case of not submitting a commercial offer or submitting a commercial offer in violation of the requirements described above, the organizer of the trading procedure reserves the right to refuse from consideration of the proposal submitted by the participant of the trading procedure.
2. The package of documents for the company to participate in the trading procedure is provided in accordance with the list of documents attached to the tender documentation.
The participant of the trading procedure provides a full package of documents in accordance with the attached list of documents.
Documents are provided in*.pdf format, each document in a separate file.
If the full package of documents is not provided, the organizer of the trading procedure reserves the right to refuse to consider the proposal submitted by the participant of the trading procedure.
3. The documents for the proposed positions are provided in*.pdf format, each document in a separate file.
4. Counterparties are not allowed to cooperate if there is information on the CHARTER website that there is NO Taxpayer Consent.
The tender documentation package for the trading procedure includes:
1. A standard form of a commercial offer.
2. The list of documents for participation in the trading procedure.
3. Delivery schedule (if any).
4. The standard form of the agreement of the organizer of the trade procedure, including all annexes that are an integral part of it.
5. A typical form of a confirmation letter about the availability of resources.
6. Technical specifications (if any).
7. Sample of filling out shipping documents.
Offers declared in this procedure, without an attached COMMERCIAL OFFER file to the Lots corresponding to the results of the trading procedure, will not be considered.
