EVRAZ Vanady Tula reports that the contracting right is taken into account, including the use of a model contract form developed by the company. The agreement of the Model Contract Form by the Supplier must be written. If a participant in competitive procedures has a disagreement about the content of the model form, the model form should be modified in the editing mode and for consideration.
