Payment terms:No advance payment is provided. Payment within 30 calendar days from the date of bunkering of the nominated vessel, provided that the original invoice, consignment note, bunker receipt, and other related documents are provided.
Delivery terms:The price of bunker fuel must be reflected taking into account all taxes, delivery on board a nominated vessel and bunkering within the waters of the port of Astrakhan.

Comments:
1. Please ask all questions about the procedure using the ETP functionality (requests for clarification).

2. Participants of this procedure MUST attach the Applicant's Questionnaire and documents according to the questionnaire to their proposals in electronic form before opening the envelopes.

3. The set of documents must include a scanned copy of the COMMERCIAL OFFER, signed by an authorized person and certified by the seal of the organization participating in this procedure. If necessary, the participant may be requested to provide a passport for the fuel offered.

4. In case of failure or improper fulfillment by the participant of the procedure at least one requirement of the applicant, the procedure organizer reserves the right not to consider the proposal of this participant.
Supplier offers are valid for at least 30 days.

5. The supplier of the products must be the manufacturer, or the authorized dealer of the manufacturer, or the distributor, or the partner of the manufacturer (supporting documents are participant provides at the same time as the commercial offer).

6. The cost of products must be constant for the entire delivery period (written confirmation).

7. Readiness for bunkering is not more than 48 hours from the date of submission of the relevant application.

8. The declared volume of bunker fuel is the maximum possible for purchase under this ETP. Its full consumption within the signed specification is not guaranteed.


Note: This request for proposals is not a notice of a tender (public tender) or a public offer and is not regulated by Articles 447 — 449 Part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Articles 1057 — 1061 Part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose on the Organizer an appropriate amount of civil legal obligations and reserves the right to refuse all proposals received for any reason or terminate the selection procedure at any time without incurring any liability to the Participants.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
