The trading procedure is carried out in one step with two rejacks, before the request for documents after the end of the trading procedure, for updating the CP according to ETP, is assigned (one before the request).
All participants need to upload documents according to the list attached to the trade procedure:

1. The current version of the Statute, amended and supplemented, containing the mark of the body that carried out the state registration of a legal entity. A copy, notarized or certified by an authorized person of the Counterparty, is provided.
2. Certificate of INN/CAT. A copy certified by a notarized or authorized person of the Counterparty is provided.
3. Certificate of registration with the tax authority and attribution of the OGRN. A copy certified by a notarized or authorized person of the Counterparty is provided.
4. Goskomstat letter on assigning statistical codes to OKVED, OKPO, etc. A copy certified by a notarized or authorized person of the Counterparty is provided.
5. Certificates issued by IFNS on entry to the USRUL. Copies certified by a notarized or authorized person of the Counterparty are provided.
6. Founders' Assembly Decisions
(Participants) on the appointment of the head of the counterparty or other document provided for by the statute. The original or notarized copy is provided, or by an authorized person of the Counterparty.
7. Order to become the head of the Counterparty Provided with a copy certified by a notarized or authorized person of the Counterparty
8. Power of attorney confirming the powers of the signatory (when signed by a non-supervisor). A copy certified by a notarized or authorized person of the Counterparty is provided.
9. License or admission of a counterparty if the contractual activity is subject to licensing or certification in accordance with the applicable laws of the Russian Federation. Copies certified by a notarized or authorized person of the Counterparty are provided.
10. Extract from the EGRUL with the date of issuance not exceeding 30 calendar days before the date of submission of documents. The original or notarized copy is provided, or by an authorized person of the Counterparty. Last period VAT return.
11. Notice of the transition to a simplified tax system (under the USN). A copy certified by a notarized or authorized person of the Counterparty is provided.
Optional for IP:
12. A copy of the IP passport (a section with the person's signature is required). A copy certified by a notarized or authorized person of the Counterparty is provided.

It is also mandatory to load the correct KP file according to the trade procedure.
WITHOUT THE FULL PACKAGE OF BIDDING DOCUMENTS, PROPOSALS WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED.
To participate in the procurement procedure, it is mandatory to support the Proposal on the organization's letterhead with the following information:
- willingness to work under the standard form of the Damate Code Supply Contract;
- delivery time in calendar days
- product price incl. 20% VAT;
- warranty period
- Payment terms (subject to Damate CC requirements) within 30 calendar days of delivery;
