Comments:
1) Proposed products should be new, not used;
2) Certificates of conformity, passports, technical description, project drawing; documents confirming the quality must be attached;
3) Criteria for choosing the best offer: delivery time, cost, payment terms, experience with the supplier;
4) The validity of the commercial offer is not less than 30 k/days.
5) Before shipment it is necessary to fill out the packing list (see the example of filling in the procurement documentation), paste the packing list on the package with the goods, send copies of documents to the Customer by electronic mail.
6) Participation in the bidding implies agreement with the form of the buyer's contract.
We draw your attention to the fact that this request is not a notice on the holding of a contest (public competition) or a public offer and is not regulated by Art. 447 — 449 h. 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Art. 1057 — 1061 h. 2 GK RF. Thus, the specified procedure does not impose on the Organizer an appropriate amount of civil obligations and reserves the right to refuse all received Proposals for any cause or terminate the selection procedure at any time without incurring any responsibility to the Participants.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
