Comments:
1) A commercial offer must be executed in accordance with Appendix No. 3
2) Consent of the supplier with the form of the contract attached to the invitation to participate in the procurement procedure (Appendix No. 4 to the Invitation)
3) The participant must fill in the details of the contract
4) An application for participation in the procedure is submitted by filling out and submitting an application according to the Form - Appendix No. 7
5) KP validity period - not less than 90 days
6) Delivery time - no later than June 30, 2020
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
Дополнительная информация:Закупочная процедура, является внутренней процедурой выбора Компанией Поставщиков и не должна рассматриваться в качестве торгов в смысле статей 447–449 Гражданского кодекса Российской Федерации, а также не является публичным конкурсом, который регулируется главой 57 Гражданского кодекса Российской Федерации.
ООО «Сервис-Телематика» сохраняет за собой право в любое время отказаться от продолжения проведения данной Закупочной процедуры, изменить условия ее проведения, а также отказаться от заключения договора с Поставщиком, предложение которого признано лучшим по результатам проведения закупочной процедуры.
При этом любые расходы, связанные с участием в закупочной процедуре участник несет самостоятельно, указанные расходы ни при каких обстоятельствах ООО «Сервис-Телематика» не возмещаются.
