Comments:
It is imperative to attach the commercial proposal in electronic form according to the attached form with the completed application.

1. Indicate prices at the destination.

2. Indicate the date of product readiness for shipment and shipping address.

3. Indicate the manufacturer of the product. Indicate the relationship to the product. If a dealer, representative or distributor, attach documents confirming the status.

4. Attach documents confirming the manufacturer of the Goods and their quality (certificate, declaration of conformity, passport, etc.).

5. Products must be new, not used. Products must comply with the attached terms of reference;

6. Specify the warranty periods for the Product. It must be calculated from the moment the inventory is put into operation.

7. Indicate the dimensions of each unit of the Goods and the total by lot (weight, volume).

8. Upon shipment, a packing list must be attached to each package in the form established by the Buyer. Before sending it is necessary to send a photo of each package. Taking into account the fact of further transportation of the Goods to the Far North to the Facility, the packaging of the cargo arriving in the container must ensure the safety of the cargo during its transportation, storage (accumulation) and handling, the packaging of the cargo must meet the requirements of GOST 15846-2002 and GOST 14192-96.

9. When forming an application for participation in the procedure, fill in the additional fields of the proposal (5 pcs.). The fields must be filled in informatively, without comments - "in the KP".

Criteria for determining the Winner:

1. The term of the Goods readiness for shipment.
2. Compliance of the proposed products with the terms of reference, agreement of the Customer.
3. The lowest total cost of the transaction, taking into account the transport component to the Buyer's warehouse in Komsomolsk-on-Amur.
4. The attitude of the participant to the product (manufacturer, dealer, free seller).
5. Providing a full package of documents specified in the conditions for the procedure.
6. Agreement with the text of the supply agreement
