Minimum bid increment/decrement
The Organizer has established a minimum decrement for a Bidder's changing per unit price for each item from their previously submitted proposal.

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:1. option-Price on terms of postponing payment of 100% within 90 days from the date of transfer of the goods to the buyer.
2. option-Price on payment terms offered by the provider.
Prices are indicated with VAT 18% and the cost of transportation to the destination address.
