Payment terms:Расчеты между сторонами по настоящему договору производятся в рублях по ценам, указанным в договоре путем перечисления денежных средств с отдельного расчетного счета Покупателя , открытого в уполномоченном банке ( ПАО Сбербанк России) на основной счет , либо на открытый в уполномоченном банке отдельный расчетный счет Поставщика в соответствии со статьей 8.3 «Режим использования отдельного счета» 275-ФЗ «О государственном оборонном заказе» по факту поставки в течение 10 банковских дней по факту получения на предприятии Покупателя.
