1. Protective clothing should meet the TK GOST and the requirements of the technical regulations of the Customs Union "on safety PPE TS TP 019/2011.
2. Must have a stable, legkochitaemogo label attached to the product with a minimum of information to which they are entitled.
3. Must have a certificate or declaration of conformity.
This procedure of request for proposals is not a tender, it is not subject to Articles 447-449, Section 1, Civil Code of the Russian Federation; this procedure is not a public tender, it is not subject to Articles 1057-1061, Section 2, Civil Code of the Russian Federation; Thus, this procedure does not impose on the organiser of adequate civil legal liabilities and reserves the right to refuse all proposals received for any reason or to stop the selection procedure at any time without incurring any liability to participants. When signing a contract, the Supplier warrants to the customer that provision of the necessary package of statutory documents, indicated in the agreement in paragraph 8.9.
