4. To provide the accounting balance sheet (Form 1, Form 2) for the last three reporting years (from 2015 to 2017) with the mark of IFNs;
5. Fill in the Appendix № 5. Letter of proposal submission in PDF format (scanned with signature);
6. To fill and provide the address program, as well as materials in accordance with the technical specification;
7. The offer is necessarily supplemented by supporting documents specified in the qualification requirements.
