Unconditional acceptance of the draft contract for the supply of products of Izhstal OJSC.
Obligatory loading of a commercial proposal by a participating organization.
PLEASE LOAD A COMMERCIAL OFFER WITH THE INSTRUCTION: TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF PAYMENT AND DELIVERY, WARRANTY, MANUFACTURER, TELEPHONE AND E-MAIL OF THE CONTRACTOR.
The winning organization that does not have a valid contract with OAO Izhstal within one day must download the following documents necessary for concluding the contract into the system:
1. A copy of the certificate of registration of the enterprise;
2. Copy of tax registration certificate;
3. A counterparty card in a free form containing the following information: full company name, legal and actual address, name of the head, name of the chief accountant, phone numbers, fax numbers, bank account details, including bank address;
4. A copy of the latest income statement (form No. 2);
5. Certificate from the Federal Tax Service Inspectorate at the place of registration of the absence of tax debts and other obligatory payments;
6. A power of attorney, or another document confirming the right to sign financial documents of an official.

We draw your attention to the fact that this request is not a notice of a tender (public tender) or a public offer and is not regulated by Articles 447-449, Part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Articles 1057-1061, Part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Organizer, and the Organizer reserves the right to refuse all the proposals received for any reason, or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, incurring no liability before the participants.
Venue of the bidding procedure: This procedure is held electronically at B2B-Center e-marketplace (www.b2b-center.ru). Participants' proposals shall be submitted in the form of an electronic document signed with the digital signature.
If the Participant does not have the technical ability to submit an offer through the functional of the electronic trading platform, the Procedure Organizer has the right to accept the offer from such participant to the email address IZH-B2B@izhstal.ru, independently uploading this offer to the platform using the System’s functionality, subject to the following conditions:
¬- The participant must be registered in the System;
-¬ the proposal must be sent to the email address no later than 4 business hours before the deadline for accepting the proposals specified in the Notification, with a mandatory notification of the responsible person by phone.
The documents should contain an official letter of appeal to the Procurement Organizer with a request to post an electronic version of their proposal and the rejection of any claims related to the fact that the Offer in the System will not be posted by the Participant.
